Based in our New York headquarters, with dedicated Field Academies in Los Angeles and Miami, we deliver intensive, immersive multi-day programs designed to transform dedicated volunteers into elite security leaders for their communities.
Through our scalable train-the-trainer framework, we fully invest in the individuals who step up to manage operations. CSS Academy graduates return home equipped to lead teams, mentor peers and directly strengthen local safety infrastructure from coast to coast.

Designed to certify experienced volunteers to deliver the CSS training in their city, this advanced course sharpens instructional delivery, scenario facilitation and coaching skills. Program graduates are force multipliers who train and evaluate local cohorts across the United States.
